PAYMENTS

Payments are due before or at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include: Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, Cash App, or Cash

DEPOSITS and CANCELLATIONS

If a deposit is requested for your appointment, deposits can be made via Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, or Cash App

A credit card is required to be on file for every appointment booked.

If you do not wish to put down a credit card for your appointment, the appointment can be paid for in advance. (cancelation policy still applies to prepaid appointments)

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Any appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance, are subject to a cancelation fee. 

You are responsible for all appointments booked under your name.

TRAVEL

I do charge a travel fee depending on the location of the service*.

Parking costs including Valet will be added to your total or billed to your room.

*Locations Outside the Phoenix area will require a larger travel fee and possibly accommodations including flight, hotel, and baggage fees. Please note, I do charge day rates for out of town appointments or large events.
